We follow Open Admission Policy & has no preference or Reservation on any basis. We encourage solely on first come first serve basis. For admission in Nursery student must have completed age limit of 3.5 years whereas for class 1st child should have complete 6 yrs. & should be less than 6.5 yrs. by the 30th September of the year in which admission is sought. The age other classes should be recknowed accordingly.


For Eligible Candidates Following Procedure Has To Be Followed

Admissions for Grade 1 begins in the month of January.
Admissions are done on first come first served basis.

  • Get your ward admitted with the payment of prescribed fees.
  • Register your wards Name & Class with complete details.
  • Satisfy the norms
  • Submission of documents at the time of admission
  • School Timing : Monday to Saturday 8:20 am to 2:20 pm

Required Documents

  • Birth Certificate
  • Aadhar Card
  • Caste certificate if applicable
  • 2 Passport size photograph of child , mother & father.
  • For Grade 2 and above Transfer certificate to be produced at the time of admission.
  • Copy of latest report card of the previous school.

A seat is confirmed once the payment is done. Division wise House list of students is displayed on the notice board in the month of April.

  • School bus facility shall be provided with additional charges as applicable.
  • School Fees & Bus Fees(if any) has to be paid on or before the installment date if missed Late fees charges will be applicable.
  • Bus Fees will be charged for 11th months from-(April to March) not for May month
  • Books/Notebooks/Uniform shall be provided by vendor with additional expenses as applicable.
  • New Admission student should pay First Installment alongwith admission fee/process.
  • If any cheque bounce then parents have to pay bank charges & school charges Additionaly There after payments through cheuqe will not be accepted.
  • 5% Concession on Payment of the full fees at the beginning (April month )of the academic year.
  • Parents can pay school fee through school app also (Next Learning Platform)
  • If the parents are applying for TC anytime during the academic year, payment of the full fee is mandatory.
  • When Pre-primary student is Promoted from U-KG to 1st Class, have to pay Adm fees Rs-10000/ and S-Dep Rs-10000/- Academic year fees.

Please Note :- If the fees is paid online ,kindly mail the acknowledgement receipt on the accounts mail id with details . email: accounts@agrasenvidyamandir.ac.in

Acknowledgement receipt is mandatory to issue fees receipt. Note-Parents should contact accounts dept for fees related issues, Avoid contacting teachers for the same.
